Zen Bedrooms Return Policy
Building your bedroom shouldn’t involve intensive cost/benefit analysis, and our return policy gives you peace of mind for a truly Zen shopping experience. If you aren’t happy with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, send it back—it’s really that easy.
Our customers have responded with overwhelming positivity about the quality of each and every one of our bedroom products, but if your purchase fails to reach expectations, we don’t feel that you should be stuck with it.
Simply contact our customer service hotline to begin your return process, but rest assured: we aren’t sending you on a wild goose chase. Your customer service representative will talk you through the return process for a quick and painless return.
Returns cannot be processed if there are marks, stains, or visible damage of any kind. Items with protective hygienic covering must be left intact– if the cover is removed, the item cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping and transportation costs associated with returns, unless stated otherwise by Zen Bedrooms.
You MUST inform us of a return before returning the item—sending the item back to the warehouse may result in a lost product. You should include your name, order ID, email address and telephone number on the return, and keep proof of postage. You are responsible for a return until it reaches us; we suggest using a delivery service with tracking and insurance.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure a flawless delivery; all of our products are manufactured and packaged to strict specifications to avoid damage. However, in the rare instance your order arrives damaged, we will swiftly exchange the item at no cost to you. You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods; if we are notified more than 48 hours after receiving your order, we are unable to process your return as “damaged.” In the event of an order that is damaged on arrival, please contact our helpdesk. We will arrange for you to ship it back to us, and will then confirm the damage and process a full refund, including the cost of postage. If damage is not found, we are unable to process a refund.
If I change my mind after placing the order, may I cancel it?
We do our best to provide accurate information for all of our products so that you can purchase with confidence, but we know that sometimes you may have a change of heart. If you place a request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will give issue a refund and delete the order. If you request to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, we will still refund the purchase price, but cannot process a refund for the delivery charge.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We send you a receipt for the return once we receive the item and process it in our system, and you will receive your refund with 10 days of getting the receipt.
