Order & Delivery Information

Ordering from Zen Bedrooms is always a straightforward experience, and keeping track of your purchase is no different.  Refer to the following steps to track your order; feel free to contact our helpdesk with any questions!

1. You will receive an email confirmation with 30 minutes of placing your order. Please verify the shipping address, billing information, and all other order specifications. Your Zen Bedrooms account will show the order as processing.

2. When your order is ready for dispatch, the status will change to preparing. You will receive an email notifying you of this status change.

3. When your item has been shipped, the status will change to dispatched. We will notify you by email if this status changes; you can check the progress of your order using the tracking number that we provide.

If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of your order, or at any one of the order steps, please contact our helpdesk. Remember to check your spam folder and stay alert for emails; we cannot take responsibility for technological issues regarding your order confirmation. Once you receive the dispatch email, an order cannot be cancelled. Please see Returns for more information.
